These pork chops made for a great, simple, hearty meal. We enjoyed one of the last Fall sunny afternoons on our patio with the grill.
-4 Pork Chops
-2 Cups Natural Apple Sauce
-1 teaspoon Cinnamon
In a glass dish, spread half of the applesauce on the bottom. Place pork chops on top.
Pour the rest of the applesauce on top and add cinnamon.
Marinate in the fridge for 1-3 hours.
On a long skewer, alternate apple slices and onion slices.
Grill the pork chops and apple slices on medium high heat for around 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
