These are the easiest ribs to make- ever.  They’re made in the crock pot and left to cook while you go do something else.  I was skeptical at making ribs in a crock pot- but I can tell you they really do fall off the bone.  I have to eat these with a fork instead of picking them up, otherwise the meat would just…well, fall off.  Plus how can you beat 5 minutes of prep time, and then coming home to ribs?!


-1 rack of Baby Back Ribs, cut into sections of two ribs
-1 bottle of BBQ Sauce, at least 18oz.
-1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
-1 Tablespoon Cherry Preserves
-Salt & Pepper

Cut ribs into sections of two.  Salt and pepper both sides of ribs.  Place in crock pot.  Pour in botle of BBQ sauce, add mustard and cherry preserves.  Gently stir and make sure every rib section is coated in sauce.  Allow to cook for 6-8 hours, until done.
