Pork tenderloin is one of the easiest things to make and hardest things to mess up.  It’s perfect for a night when you’re looking for a low-effort high reward meal.  Even for the most beginner cooks!  This recipe will give you a flavorful, moist, and tender pork tenderloin.

-2 pork tenderloins, 2-3 lbs total

-6-7 cloves of garlic, minced

-1 sprig fresh rosemary (or 2 Tablespoons dried rosemary)

-1/4 cup olive oil

-1/2 cup white wine

Preheat oven to 350F.  Mince garlic and remove rosemary from stem.

Rub tenderloins in olive oil and stick garlic and rosemary to the surface.

Pour in 1/2 cup of white wine.  I used whatever was leftover in the fridge from Friday night…

Cook for 1-1.5 hours, occasionally basting liquids from the pan onto the meat.

Check temperature to be sure the meat is done- it should read 160F.

After an hour and 15 minutes mine was ready!

If you’re feeling motivated, you could make a gravy out of the pan juices, but I wasn’t.

Have the hubs slice it up… (Sorry to disappoint, but that isn’t my hand.  My nails are purple.)

And serve with some potatoes and greens!
