Super simple and super moist, this pistachio cake hits the
spot. It has a light pistachio flavor with a crispy crunchy
cinnamon sugar nut mix in the middle and on top. Perfect for
potlucks, get togethers, whatever occasion. And even the
upcoming St. Patrick’s day! 🙂 Now I wasn’t exaggerating when I
said it was simple!
-1 package yellow cake mix
-1/2 pint sour cream
-1 package pistachio instant pudding mix
-1/4 cup melted butter
-1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup chopped nuts
3 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat your oven to 350F. Grease and flour a bundt pan. Next, mix cake mix, eggs, sour cream, pudding mix, butter, and oil. Or I guess I could say, the first six ingredients. Pour half of the batter into the bundt pan. Mix chopped nuts, sugar, and cinnamon together separately. Then sprinkle 3/4of the nut mixture on top of the batter. Pour the rest of the batter on top. Sprinkle on the remaining nut mixture. And stick it in the oven for 45-50 minutes! Flip the pan upside down onto your serving platter, cut, and serve!
