Because it’s winter.

Because I still have the snifflies.

And because I slept in this morning…

I want you to try this easy smoothie!  It only has three ingredients.  And it’ll cure your winter blues.

Easy Sunshine Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ½ cups Frozen Peach Segments. Unsweetened
  • 1 whole clementine, peeled
  • ¼ cups yogurt.  (I used Greek yogurt, strawberry)
  • 1 dash Ground Cinnamon

Let the frozen peaches thaw for 10 minutes.  Put peaches, clementine, and 1/4 cup of yogurt in blender.  I used my handy-dandy magic bullet.

Blend until smooth.  Pour in a glass and garnish with a dash of cinnamon.  Drink and enjoy!
